Commissioned into the Indian Air Force as India's first woman helicopter pilot, Cheryl Dutta spent a decade flying in some of the country's most demanding operational environments. Rising through roles as pilot, detachment commander, operations leader and administrator, she built a career defined by professionalism, operational excellence and leadership under pressure.

As a certified Executive Coach and Mentor, she helps leaders and professionals unlock high performance, sharpen their decision-making, and lead with clarity and purpose.

She combines military discipline, operational credibility and coaching expertise to lead Legacy Vertical International — alongside a team of accomplished aviation professionals shaping helicopter and aviation solutions across India and international markets.
